Return Process

  Contact our concierge team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the unused shaving brushes, creams, or fragrances in their original luxury boxing to ensure they are protected during transit.

  Ship to Mondial

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; please retain your tracking receipt for verification.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned items to ensure they meet our hygiene standards, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
